Focal is provided for personal productivity use. You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any way that violates applicable laws.
Focal offers auto-renewable subscriptions (Focal Pro) on a monthly or annual basis. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Google). Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's account settings.
Focal is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
